Saguaro Seed Bread
Yield: 1 6-inch diameter loaf
2/3 cup ground saguaro seed
1/3 cup ground sunflower seed
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking power
sprinkling of salt
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons saguaro juice or syrup
1/2 cup water
"Combine the ground seeds and flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add honey and liquids. Form into a ball-shaped loaf on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serve with butter and jam"
